Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Tempted Fantasy ("TF") and any experience or event arranged through us. By using this site or making an enquiry, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

TF is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. By using the site you confirm you are 18+ and legally able to enter into these terms. We may request age verification at any time.

2. What TF is

TF is a curation and introduction service. We arrange experiences — the time, skill and company of independent, verified professional providers — and host private community events. TF does not provide, sell, broker, price or take any share of any sexual activity. What consenting adults choose to do privately is solely a matter between them and is not arranged, encouraged or charged for by TF.

3. Bookings & payment

• You submit an enquiry; TF responds with options and a confirmed price for the experience.
• Once you approve the scope and price, TF issues a secure payment link.
• Payment is for the curated experience and TF's arrangement of it. A booking is confirmed only once payment is received.
• Prices are confirmed in advance. Nothing proceeds until you have approved the cost.

4. Cancellations & refunds

Experiences may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 24 hours may be non-refundable, as the provider's time has been reserved. No-shows are non-refundable.

5. Consent & conduct

Every experience is consent-led. Limits are agreed in advance and must be respected by everyone. Any non-consensual, threatening, abusive or illegal behaviour ends the experience immediately, without refund, and may result in a permanent ban. Providers may end any experience at their own discretion if boundaries are crossed.

6. TF Shadow events

• Shadow events are private, application-only, adults-only (18+) social gatherings.
• Attendance is by invitation following vetting. TF may decline or remove anyone at any time, without reason.
• Shadow events are social and networking occasions. Nothing is sold, brokered or paid for between guests at an event.
• Discretion is mandatory: no disclosing the existence or location of an event, and no photographing others without consent.

7. Providers

Providers are independent and engaged through TF subject to verification and separate provider terms. Providers set their own limits, rates and availability. TF screens clients and handles arrangement and discretion.

8. Discretion

We treat your privacy as the foundation of everything we do. In return, you agree to respect the privacy and discretion of providers, other guests and TF.

9. Liability

TF arranges introductions and experiences in good faith but does not accept liability for the conduct of independent providers or third parties beyond our reasonable control, except as required by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted here with its date.
